PESHAWAR – Forward Bloc is an internal issue which can be solved within our own limits, stated Chief Minister (CM) Khyber PakhtunKhwa (KP) Pervez Khattak while discussing with the local journalists here at Peshawar, PakistanTribe.com reported.
Ho also revealed the reason behind “Forward Bloc Formation” and said that the few members of Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) had some complains which were solvable.
“I can guaranty that there is no corruption in the province and no minister is involved in such thing” insisted the Chief Minister.
“There is no involvement in the province affairs from senior party leadership including Imran Khan”.
Khatak also said that we as a province are facing the war like situation and know well that the dialogue can bring peace in the area. PTI and collation partners’ government is ready to cooperate with the Islamabad to solve the law and order situation.
Few days ago a member of KP Assembly belongs to PTI had announced the forward bloc and claimed that he has the support of other 14 members to form the “PTI Like-minded group”.
Despite the soft statement from the CM, the forward bloc has denied to meet with Pervez Khattak.
According to the reports, some PTI MPs tried to set up a meeting between the forward bloc members and CM Pervez Khattak, however, the group members declined and said we only wanted to talk to party chief Imran Khan.
This has finally led PTI’s central leadership to take notice of the ambivalence plaguing the party in K-P, and a meeting between PTI Chairman Imran Khan and disgruntled members has been scheduled for Friday (today).
