With the second application, Farogh Naseem had submitted the medical report of his client as well stating ‘this is a secret report’.

The court adjourns the hearing until 2 pm today.

Earlier, Pervez Musharraf was indicted for high treason.

Expert Opinion

The former judge of Supreme Court, Justice Saeeduz Zaman Siddiqui, said that as now Musharraf had been indicted so the court could grant him immunity from court appearances. He said that trial could continue in Musharraf’s absence as well. Court could consider sending him abroad for some valid reasons provided a strong guarantee was provided.
