IHC rejects yet another plea of former president Musharraf

Pervez Musharraf

ISLAMABAD – The registrar of Islamabad High Court (IHC) has rejected yet another plea of former president of Pakistan General (rtd) Pervez Musharraf in which his lawyers challenged the one decision of Special Court.

Musharraf was seeking a different order against Special Court decision in which it rejected his plea to transfer the high treason case to an Army court.

Rejecting the plea, registrar noted that IHC was not the right and appropriate forum for the purpose.
