Court orders to arrest guarantors of Pervez Musharraf

Pervez MusharrafWEB DESK – The failure to appear in the court by former President General (rtd) Pervez Musharraf has finally endangered the freedom of his two guarantors as now the Anti Terrorist Court (ATC) in Quetta issued their arrest warrants.

According to the details, ATC in Quetta held proceedings of Nawab Akbar Khan Bugti’s murder case against Musharraf when upon his failure to appear in the court, arrest warrants of his two guarantors namely Mumtaz Ahmed and Nazeer Ahmed were issued.

Moreover, the same court accepted the bail pleas of former provincial and federal interiro ministers Mir Shoaib Nosherwani and Aftab Ahmed Khan Sherpao respectively.

Now the court will convene the trial on April 7, 2014.
