ISLAMABAD – Pakistan’s only landline telephone service provider and largest internet service provider, Pakistan Telecommunication Limited (PTCL)’s customer care is actively taking queries from its customers on twitter.

@PTCLCares is not mentioned anywhere on the official website of PTCL yet this account provides customers a unique services on twitter.
The bio of the account explains: We are trying come up to your expectations. Email us your complaint along with your phone number and city and we will try to help you out.
They have also provided one gmail’s email ID for sending in the complaints, however, most of the tweeps only reply on tweets and Direct Message (DM).
