“Why is petrol prices not decreased after dollar price decrease,” Pakistan Awami Muslim League head questioned instead of giving resignation.
He had made the stand that he would resign from the assembly seat and the politics if dollar touched Rs. 98 mark. It did on Wednesday.
But he has another story to tell.
“If petrol prices shed up to Rs 10 per litre, I will immediately resign.”
Ishaq Dar, the finance minister, to whom Rasheed had challenged, however, appeased his opponent saying Sheikh Rasheed didn’t want to resign on this issue.
Awami Muslim League’s head will be telling his future in a press conference at the capital.
