Pakistan to get ‘key troops plane’ upgradation from US with $100mn

C-130-fleet-pakistanPakistan is likely to get a C-130 Fleet Upgrade from United States to enhance counter terrorism flights.

Defense Security Cooperation Agency of US notifies Congress about the programme to sale it to Pakistan, costing about 100 million dollars.

The fleet will assist Pakistan Air Force to enhanced its continue operation for counter terrorism flights, troops transport and intelligence, surveillance and missions within the country and outside.

The recommendation see that the sale of logistics and equipment with training support will make Pakistan security stronger.
