Another rift in PTI and JI coalition in KPK | PakistanTribeTIMERGARA: Workers of the Pakistan Tehrek Insaf (PTI) Adenzai on Wednesday held a protest demonstration against provincial government for transferring neutral key officers and posting the JI affiliated officers.

The protesters led by the PTI local leader Luqman Khan, blocked the Chakdara Timergara road for some time in front of the Chakdara press club.

They were chanting slogans against the coalition partner, Jamaat-i-Islami for ignoring the PTI workers in posting and transfers of government officials in Dir Lower.

The PTI workers said they would strongly resist, if transfer of the deputy commissioner Muhammad Zubair was not cancelled within the next two days.

Addressing the gathering, Mr Luqman said that the neutral DC had been transferred and made OSD only to appease the JI local lawmakers. He said that brother of the JI Malakand chief and former MNA Bakhtiar Maani had been posted as deputy commissioner Dir Lower.

He alleged that the JI affiliated officer could not run business of the government impartially.

Other speakers said that controller of examination of the BISE Malakand Chakdara had also been replaced and the newly posted controller belonged to JI. They said the PTI workers would not keep silence on violation of merit by the JI lawmakers.

They demanded of the chief minister KPK and PTI chief Imran Khan to take notice of the matter and immediately cancell transfer of the deputy commissioner Dir Lowe. correspondent Shahid Hussain Yousafzai contributed for this report.
