Panama Case Verdict: Pakistan Court declared PM Nawaz disqualified |

ISLAMABAD – Supreme Court of Pakistan (SCP) has declared Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif disqualified for life, reported.

According to PakistanTribe’s correspondent from Islamabad, five member larger bench announced Panama Case Verdict on Friday.

SCP ordered to file case against Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Finance Minister, Ishaq Dar, Captian (R) Safdar, Maryam Nawaz, Hassan Nawaz and Hussan Nawaz.

Supreme Court ordered National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to file reference within six weeks and case should be concluded in next six months.

Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has been directed to issue disqualification notice at earliest.

PM’s relative and federal Finance Minister Ishaq Dar also disqualified by the SCP.

PMLN leader Marriyum Aurangzeb announced that party will react on the decission after checking the complete verdict.

It is sad but not unexpected, she commented while talking to media at front of the SC of Pakistan.
