LAHORE – Pakistan Railways booked an entire train for President Mamnoon Hussain and his family members who were travelling from Lahore to Rawalpindi, causing trouble for other passengers.
The train was unavailable for rest of the public on Thursday.
As per details, the President and his family members took up the entire space in one whole train. Coupled with that, stringent security measures also doubled hardships for the common passengers.

Samaa News reported that the passengers were also stopped from entering Lahore Railway Station owing to strict security measures.
This caused problems for the passengers as well as their family members.
However, Federal Minister for Pakistan Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique denied claims of passengers suffering as a result of the president’s journey.
“Despite the president travelling in it, the train was not declared special,” said Khawaja Saad Rafique. “The train stopped at all stations before arriving at Rawalpindi,” he added.
