ISLAMABAD – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has announced to issue an Urdu version of the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) report on Wednesday to help people understand the case.
Pakistan Today reported via its sources that PTI had outsourced this task and a team – comprising PTI activists and journalists –worked on it.
A copy of the Urdu report will be sent to every constituency.
The party claimed that the Urdu version would get viral by using the social mediums of communications like Facebook, Twitter, and WhatsApp.
Earlier, the six-member investigation team, tasked to probe the business affairs of the ruling family, submitted its final 256 pages report consists of 10 volumes, to the Supreme Court on July 10.
PTI intends to give a huge importance to this case for their political future. It intends to contest the general election by launching a campaign against the ruling party through JIT report references.
PTI spokesman Fawad Chaudhry told Pakistan Today that the PTI was launching the Urdu JIT report for the general public at large.
“We want to make Pakistan aware of the corrupt practices. Our party believes in a corruption-free Pakistan,” he said.
