LAHORE – The former CIA contractor Raymond Davis has accused the Politicians of Pakistan that they are lying to the nation regarding his release; he was accused of killing two men in the country.
Davis in 2011 shot dead two men in Lahore who were trying to rob him, and the third man was killed by the car came to rescue him from the crime scene.
He was released after the families of the two killed men were paid $2.4 million in diyyat (a form of monetary compensation or blood money).
“Many people in Pakistan do not believe in my story while in fact, their own leaders have told lies and they should be questioned for it,” Davis said while speaking in the BBC program, Weekend, as quoted by Samaa News.
The contractor confessed that he had committed crime in Pakistan; he said that the leaders of Pakistan are misleading their subjects.
