ISLAMABAD – Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Hanif Abbasi on Monday rejected Imran Khan’s money trail calling it vague.

Hanif Abbasi also claimed that the PTI chief had refused to answer vital questions regarding his Bani Gala mansion.

In his written reply to the Supreme Court of Pakistan where he is a petitioner in the Imran Khan Disqualification case, Hanif Abbasi stated that the cricketer-turned-politician had failed to answer many vital questions related to the property, reported Samaa.

The reply stated that the conversion of $275,000 into Pakistani rupees was not authentic and that Imran later dissociated himself with the first bank letter.

“Imran didn’t even provide evidence of the dollars’ conversion into Pakistani rupees,” his reply stated. “The conversion into Pakistani rupees and the payment of the amount are not related to each other.”

The reply further stated that Imran couldn’t prove his claim that London flat was Niazi services’ only asset. He questioned why Imran had purchased land in her name when she had left him in 2002?
