1- Walnuts
Walnuts are very rich in biotin and vitamin E, which helps protect your cells from DNA damage. Walnuts also have copper, a mineral that helps keep your natural hair color rich and lustrous, research says.
It provides Omega 3 fatty acids to restore your hairs.

2- Sweet Potatoes 
Sweet potatoes produce the oils that sustain your scalp. It is also a great source of the antioxidant beta carotene, which your body turns into vitamin A. it repairs cell damage caused by excessive UV exposure
