SOUTHAMPTON – After a disappointing exit from the Champions Trophy for South Africa and England at the hands of resurging Pakistan, both teams will lock horns in the first T20 of the three-match series at the at The Rose Bowl, Southampton.
Many key players are missing from both the sides as they have been giving rest.
The match is scheduled to begin at (18:30 local | 17:30 GMT | 22:30 PKT).
The opening game of the series will be played at The Rose Bowl in Southampton on Wednesday.
For South Africa, Hashim Amla, Quinton de Kock, JP Duminy and Kagiso Rabada have been rested with the Test series in mind, while Faf du Plessis is back home in South Africa awaiting the birth of his first child.
