ISLAMABAD – The plea of PM’s son Hussain Nawaz has been rejected by the three-member bench of Supreme Court.
Hussian expressed his reservation over the suspected links of the two GIT members with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf.
The bench during the preceding said that no JIT member can be excluded from the investigating team on the basis of suspicion.
The court directed the bench to complete the investigation in the given time; the two members are investigating the Panama probe.
The court also stated that the evidence presented by Husain Nawaz are not sufficient.
“We will not replace any member of the JIT and neither prevents someone from doing their work,” he remarked, as quoted by ARY News.
Hussian in his plea claimed that the two JIT members have links with PTI; he also said that the two members are also good friends of Pervez Musharraf.
He pointed his finger on Amer Aziz and Bilal Rasool who are the representatives of State Bank of Pakistan.
