PESHAWAR – Authorities have detained PTI MPA and MNA from Malakand for ransacking the office PESCO in Batkhela on Saturday.

Junaid Akbar Khan and adviser to Chief Minister of Pukhtunkhwa Shakeel Khan were detained by the Levies over the charges of ransacking the PESCO office.

The Deputy Commissioner of Malakand has also confirmed that both the Lawmaker have been detained by the Law Enforcement Agencies (LEA).

Deputy Commissioner further told that situation has been neutralized by the authorities; FIR has also been registered against the two lawmakers.

Zafar Ali Khan said that the two leaders of PTI were leading a protest that ransacked the PESCO office and office furniture, the record was also set ablaze during the protest against load shedding.

It should be noticed that people are very much oppressed due to the increased warm weather, at the same time UN limited load shedding is also going on.
