India made a mistake by taking Jhadav case in to ICJ: Ex-Indian SC judge |

NEW DELHI – The former Supreme Court Judge of India, Markanday Katju expressed his grief over the step of India to fight the case of Kulbhushan Jhadav in the International Court of Justice (ICJ). 

Katju stated in the Facebook post that India had made a serious mistake by going to ICJ, he also criticizes those who are praising the step of the Indian state.

He also said that Pakistan would knock the doors of ICJ on the dispute of Kashmir and that situation will be harmfull for the Indian state, he called the jurisdiction of ICJ as “Pandora’s Box.”

The former Judge said that Pakistan must be happy with the Indian decision to carry the case into ICJ, now it would raise a verity of issues particularly about Kashmir.

ICJ earlier this week ordered to uphold the death penalty of Kulbhushan Jhadav given by the Military court of Pakistan as he was accused in terrorism-related cases.
