ISLAMABAD – Pakistan Army has invited the United Nations Military Observers Group in India and Pakistan (UNMOGIP) to GHQ to register a protest over unprovoked ceasefire violations (CFV’s)

Pakistan will also provide proofs of ceasefire violation and targeting of the civilian population of the villages by the Line of Control (LoC) a by Indian Army on May 10, 13 and 16.

Indian Army used small arms, automatic and heavy caliber weapons, heavy mortar (122 mm mortars) and field artillery in Sabzkot, Baroh, Tandar, Khuiratta, Kot Koterra and Karela Sectors to target Pakistani villages.

As a result, a civilian embraced martyrdom while 15 others, including women and children, were injured.

UN Military Observers were also apprised of the latest situation along the Line of Control (LoC).
