BEIJING – India is likely to boycott the One Belt One Road (OBOR) Forum starting from Sunday in Beijing, the Indian Express reported.
India has shown its concern over the route of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor; New Delhi has decided not to send his representatives to attend the two-day summit.
Although, it is hoped that India will send its junior diplomat pack to attend the summit proceedings.
However, there is no official statement has issued till now from the India’s Ministry of External Affairs, sources said that the decision has not been taken yet.
29 heads of state and governments will attend the May 14-15 summit, including Russia which is a strong strategic partner of India.
Most of the neighbors of India are attending the Summit including Nepal.
From the dawn of CPEC India worked as the largest opposition for the project and tried every cheap technique to destabilize the project and also the relations between Pakistan and China.
