ISLAMABAD – The Supreme Court of Pakistan (SCP) has admitted for hearing the petition filed against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan and PTI central leader Jahangir Tareen in respect of off shore companies.
Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) central leader Hanif Abbasi filed the petition against Imran khan and Jhangir Tareen.
Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar has constituted a three members bench for preliminary hearing of the case.
The apex court three-member bench will be headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan which will take up the case for hearing on May 3.
