According to the details a Blast near the railway track in Landhi area of the Karachi has overturned almost six to seven coaches of private owned train Shalimar Express.
Police and Pakistan Railway sources said that the explosion occurred between Ghughar Phattak (checkpoint) and Dhabeji.
An unconfirmed report claims that the five people are found dead in the first bogie.
Residents of the area rushed to the scene and now helping the victims but ambulances and aid machinery are not available as officials were absent from the scene after the incident.
Pakistan Railway officials confirm that all trains on the route are stopped after the incident.
People inside the bogies are crying for help, but the prevailing darkness is not allowing anyone to help.
In another blast at Peshawar, provincial capital city of Khyber Pukhtunkhwa, (KP) at least 7 persons lost their lives while more than 30 were injured following a furious incident of bomb blast inside a hotel in Kocha Risaaldar area, near Imam Bargah Alamdar.
Lady Reading Hospital sources told PakistanTribe representative that 6 children and 2 women are amongst the injured persons while several are in sensitive condition.
The Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) has been called at the incident’s spot while heavy contingents of law enforcement agencies have cordoned off the area.
Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) City, Faisal Mukhtar told PakistanTribe that “it was suicide’ blast”.
SSP Operation Najeebullah Khan told the media that body parts of unidentified suicide bomber have been recovered from the area.
