KARACHI – Sindh government has on Friday announced a public holiday on April 4 across the province to mark the death anniversary of former Prime Minister Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto.
A notification has also been issued in this regard.
All the government offices and schools shall remain closed on Tuesday, April 4, 2017.
Zulfikar Ali Bhutto was hanged to death on April 4, 1979, at the Rawalpindi district jail by the military dictatorship of General Ziaul Haq.
Every year Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and its workers gathered in Ghari Khuda Baksh at his grave and remembered their beloved leader.
