Social Media reacts on Sindh Festival ‘vulgar’ catwalks

Sindh festival vulgarityPakistan Peoples party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, the only son of Benazir Bhutto is trying to awaken Pakistan’s culture these days.

He promoted the slogan’ Apni Saqafat Pe Naz Karo, Pakistan Sai Piyar Karo’ besides organizing an event at Mohenjo-daro where many popular personalities attend it.

But the event has triggered a strong reaction from users of social media, who dubbed the whole evet as a ‘vulgar’ one.

The cultural event was not awake Pakistan culture, some commented terming it totally vulgarity in the name of culture.

Some raised the point that 99 percent of performers in the event were ‘Non-Sindhi.’

Colourful opening ceremony was attended by Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, former President Asif Ali Zardari and former Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani, Raja Pervaiz Ashraf, Senator Aitzaz Ahsan, Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah and MNA Faryal Talpur.
