Because of the International Women’s Day, this unusual and annoying message meant to increase Careem’s message in order to bring new user in its fold and empower 100,000 women into its workforce.
Careem’s Women Empowerment and Engagement Network (CWEEN) program titled as ‘Be Bold’ which is aimed at ensuring equal job opportunities for women.
“This was basically my first such initiatives in the series of advocating women’s rights as well as reinforcing the concept of equal gender perspectives in the region,” Careem said.
“We want to achieve zero gender biasness in by the end of 2017,” the company noted.
But it is not clear yet whether the company really wants to embark upon women empower or they want to induct more female staff in their offices so that women should not have any problem of employment.
Careem says it plans to provide women with easy access to car ownership through bank loans or leasing for women in order to start business with Careem.
