An anthropologist in nature, Dian Fossey was well known zoologist from America with many great things on her credit.

Dian made an extensive, and somehow great, study on gorilla groups over an unbelievable period of 18 years.

“She studied them daily in the mountain forests of Rwanda, initially encouraged to work there by famous anthropologist Louis Leakey,” According to Wikipedia.
