LAHORE – As many as ten international players have agreed to play Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2017 final in Lahore.
According to Dunya News report, PSL 2017 administration has obtained assurance of ten international cricketers for the supplementary drafting of any two teams the at are to play the final match in Lahore.
As per media reports, district administration and security agencies have chalked out a plan to ensure the security of the final match.
The officials concerned have prepared a briefing for chief of English Cricket Board (ECB), Giles Clarke.
Media Accreditation Forms have been made available ahead of the final that is scheduled for March 9. Two teams that will reach the final can choose players after supplementary drafting in case one or more players refuse to visit Pakistan.
However, names of the ten players are not disclosed yet.
It should be mentioned here that Chairman of PSL, Najam Sethi earlier claimed that he would convince foreign players to participate in the final in Pakistan by offering them more money.
