[dropcap]W[/dropcap]hen you get ready for office or party, what’s the first thing you use? I mostly use deodorant to feel refreshed. But when I apply, it usually creates some tingling that is unbearable. But then I got the idea of a homemade deodorant. It’s cheap and doesn’t have any harsh chemicals.
This healthy deodorant recipe uses ingredients you can easily find in your kitchen. It’s very easy to make, and it works.
So, are you ready to make your homemade deodorant?
Baking soda (bicarbonate of soda); do not confuse it with baking powder. Water distilled, filtered, or rainwater are the best choices to avoid adding more chemicals to your body Lavender oil (optional).
Add Baking Soda.
Now mix in about an eighth of a teaspoonful of baking soda. Mix it well.Continue adding small amounts of baking soda.
Add a drop of essential lavender oil.
You can use a different type of essential oil; that’s your choice but be sure about the properties of the oil.
Before applying, be sure that the mixture needs to be totally dissolved. Once your mixture meets these requirements, the deodorant is ready to use.
