India wins under-19 Asia Cup final against Pakistan

India U19 wins Asia Cup Final | PakistanTribeSHARJAH – India’s under-19 wins the Asia cup final against green shirts with 40 runs here at Sharjah Cricket Ground on Saturday, PakistanTribe.com reported.

Pakistan under-19 skipper Sami Aslam won the toss and chooses to field first.

After displaying 314/8 total in first inning, Indian juniors did calculated bowling against the rivals.

India skipper Vijay Zol and IPL star Sanju Samson both scored centuries as India posted 314/8 in their 50 overs.

Zia-ul-Haq, Zafar Gohar and Karamat Ali took 2 wickets each but Pakistani bowlers fail to restrict Indian team on achievable total.

In return Pakistani beadsmen try to resists the Indian bowling, captain Sami Aslam 87 was the only player with Kamran Ghulam 102 who try to reach the victory stand.

Mohammad Umair 17, Inam-ulHaq 18 and Zafar Gondal 18 made above tean while 4 others fail to enter in double figure.

Pakistani side made 274/9 in 50 over game.

Kudleep Yadav 3, AA Gani 2, DJ Hooda 2 and CV Milind took 2 wickets to end match with the victory.

It was the big exercise for boath Pakistan and India before forthcoming U19-worldcup.
