NEPRA ups power tariff by 27 paisa pre unit | PakistanTribeISLAMABAD – The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) has approved hike in the power tariff by 27 paisa per unit under monthly fuel adjustment plan.

According to the NEPRA official, the power distribution companies had sought increase in rates by 45 paisa per unit.

He said that the adjustment has been made for the month of November 2013. The consumers of Karachi Electric Supply Company (KESC) would be exempted from the raise.
