We’ve seen a few all-in-one PCs with gorgeous screens ,┬áiMac Retina 5K comes to mind but HP took it to the next level with its new Envy Curved All-in-One PC.

Claimed by the company to be the “world’s widest curved all-in-one,” the new Envy sports a 34-inch screen with a UWQHD (3440×1440 pixel) resolution.

Though not really standard for gaming, this screen trumps most dual-monitor setups, works great for movies and frankly, it just looks beautiful.

As is HP’s custom, the Envy Curved All-in-One PC will be offered in several configurations, with a wide choice of options: It can have an Intel Core i5 CPU, integrated graphics, an HDD and 8GB of memory, or it can be turned into a beast with an i7 processor, an Nvidia GeForce 960A graphics card, 16GB of RAM and a 128GB SSD or a 1TB hybrid drive.

On the software side, the computer runs Windows 10.

Other features of note are an optional, Windows Hello-capable Intel RealSense web cam and Bang & Olufsen speakers. Be careful, though, with the speakers located on the sides of the screen, the bezels run quite wide, making this enormous screen even bigger.

Let’s go back to that screen for a second. We don’t know its exact specifications, but it’s safe to assume the Envy Curved All-in-One PC will use the same or similar screen as HP’s Envy 34c monitor.

That particular monitor has a VA panel with LED backlighting, 350 nits of brightness, a 178-degree horizontal and vertical viewing angle, and a typical gray-to-gray response time of 14ms.

So, not ideal for gaming, but likely having deep blacks and great colors.
