First, there is packaging, then preparing and finally freezing of food. Freezing the food prevents it from spoiling till the time and keep it fresh till the time we want to eat it.

Here it should be kept in mind that green vegetables are to be blanched before they are frozen. Furthermore, this would be a useful tip that while freezing the meat, cut it in meal size portions so that when you want to use it you just get that portion and do not need to pack and unpack it.
