You must have spent enough money on branded shampoos to get the same results you see on TV but we don’t know that we see overly exaggerated results on TV as these ads are designed just to attract the customers.
Dry, frizzy hair occurs any time of the year and is caused by a lack of humidity in winter and the sun’s rays in the summer.
It is necessary that hair problems, like hair fall, split ends, dry hair, dandruff, itchy scalp, etc. should be treated somehow to maintain proper health of hair.
Instead of spending on those branded shampoos and conditioners, follow these easy and simple steps to give that luster and shine to your hair.
Avocados are rich in vitamins and minerals that will help restore luster to your hair. It is known as the “jungle butter”, because it has a very high amount of fats.
Mash a ripe avocado (pit removed) with one egg, and then apply this to wet hair. Leave on for at least 20 minutes, then rinse several times
Try buttering it up for a lush shine. Massage a small chunk of butter into your dry hair, cover it with a shower cap for 30 minutes, then shampoo and rinse thoroughly.
Use your fingertips to massage olive oil into your scalp so that your entire scalp is covered and then use a comb dipped in the olive oil to coat the rest of your hair. Tuck your hair into a plastic shower cap or wrap your head in a towel.
Leave the olive oil on for half an hour and then wash your hair in the sink. After you shampoo your hair, rinse with cold water but there will be no need to use a separate conditioner.
Mix one egg with a small amount of shampoo, then apply to your damaged hair for five minutes and rinse well. This treatment helps to enhance the protein in your hair.
Wrap wet hair dry
Don’t rub your hair after you get it wet as it makes weak strands even weaker. Gently pat your hair dry to remove excess water, and consider wrapping it up in something much gentler than a towel, like a T-shirt.
