ISLAMABAD – Due to heavy rainfall on Wednesday night, different areas of Islamabad especially the largest commercial hub of federal capital, “blue area” faced unscheduled load-shedding, PakistanTribe.com reported.
According to sources in Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO), heavy rainfall caused the disruption in routine electric supply, different residential and commercial areas of the capital faced break-down.
Engineers of IESCO are continuously working on the faults to normalize the situation.
It’s worth mentioning here that different residential sectors and commercial areas of the capital are facing increase in unscheduled load-shedding right after the start of the current season.
Due to the poor power management, parts of Islamabad always have to face such kind of troubles like disturbance in routine work, loss of expensive electric appliances etc.
Meanwhile, the rain in Islamabad including upper parts of Pakistan finally ended the initial heat spell in the area.
