Yemen Crisis; Something Big Is In Making !! |PakistanTribe.comISLAMABAD/RIYADH – Everybody knows that United Arab Emirates is the proxy state of the Saudi Arabia and Saudi Arabia takes the help of its proxies to show their emotions. Most of the times Saudis use the tongue of UAE to communicate their mind.

However, Saudi government did not certify the statement of Dr, Anwar Gargash and did not patronize him. The Religious Miniter of Saudi Arabia, Saleh Bin Abdul Aziz, has reached Islamabad to inform the true feelings of the Saudis about the Pakistan and the decision of the Parliament.

His sudden visit is in response to the Resolution of the Parliament and he has had some important message for the government from the Saudi king.

Those who met with the Religious Minister of Saudi Arabia are very upset.

It can be observed from the tone and talk of the Saudi Minister that the government of Saudi Arabia is truly disappointed on the decision of the government of Pakistan.

Saudis are taking aback by the decision of the government not to side with Saudis on the Yemen issue, but to remain neutral.

Not only for Saudi Arabia, but also for the whole Arab world the decision is surprising and alarming too because they stood for Pakistan at every forum but now Pakistan’s decision spread the huge anger and outrage in them.

The next two or three days will tell the story about how effectively the Saudi Minister communicated the anger in Arab world.

The attitude and strategy of the Nawaz Sharif is highly controversial in the Arab world as he remains in the Saudi Arabia for more than seven years enjoying their hospitality.

The mal-governance and slow decision making is the reputation of Nawaz Sahrif. And two of his Federal Ministers have a reputation of fighting like Co-wives.

If we observe critically, the speech of Nawaz Sharif on the floor of the Parliament was not at all effective. One can analyze the seriousness of the government on the Yemen issue and relating to helping the Saudis that policy statement was given by Defense Minister while Resolution was presented by the Finance Minister.

Those Parliamentarians who wanted to speak in favor of Saudi Arabia are witted on their part that the Speaker did not allow them to speak. While those who were expected to speak against the Saudis were given the full opportunity to speak like Mahmood Khan Achakzai, Aitzaz Ahsan, Mushahid Hussain Syed and Shireen Mazari.

Owing to the sensitivity of the matter the opposition leader Khursheed Shah asked the government to call the in-camera session, but Prime Minister left the matter on the mercy of the Open Parliament.

The government did not take in confidence those having soft corners for the Saudi Arabia. The Prime Minister of Pakistan announced the visit of many Capitals of Muslim countries but came home just after visiting the Ankara, Turkey.

There are more than 55 lac Pakistanis in the Saudi Arabia and Gulf countries. They send more than 14 billion Dollars to the national exchequer.

If the government fails to convey the message of the parliament to the Saudi government and answered the aggression in hardline attitude, then the Arabs would react strongly on the government’s resolution.

In short, the government did not keep pass to the Arab friends and not even of the 55 lac Pakistanis residing in the Arab countries.

It is said that Pakistan Army is not willing to send forces to Saudi Arabia, but Saudi Arabia is disappointed on the role of the government and parliament’s resolution.

In this situation, only Army Chief can settle the scores and can take strict measures to overcome the engraved situation.

The Saudi Government and the whole Arab world is disturbed by the Resolution passed in the Pakistan’s Parliament. They are also much concerned about the bashing of the Saudi government in the largest body of Pakistan for five days.
