ANP Has Formed The Committee to Submit Report To The Judicial Commission |PakistanTribe.comPESHAWAR – The Awami National Party has decided to submit the report of rigging in KPK in the general elections 2013 to the Judicial Commission.

The committee will be supervised by the Abdul Latif Afridi. The committee aimed at making report on the rigging in the KPK in the general elections 2013.

The other members of the Committee would be Bushra Gohar, Zahid Khan, Mian Iftikhar Hussain and Afrasiab Khattak.

The Committee will submit its report to the Judicial Commission formed to probe rigging allegations in the general elections 2013.

The Judicial Commission asked all the political parties of the country to submit the proofs, if any, to the Secretary Judicial Commission by 15 April.

The Judicial Commission will start its hearing from the April 16 and will investigate the whole matter and submit the report to the government within 45 days of the start of its working.

The Judicial Commission will be charied by Chief Justice Of Pakistan, Justice Nasirul Mulk, who is in the Britain these days to attend the international conference.

Before ANP, Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf has also announced to submit its findings and proofs to the Judicial Commission.
