Important decisions expected to be taken in the joint sitting of the Parliament on coming Monday, April 06. Previously, the report to call the joint session of the Parliament was sent to the President for approval.
In the latest development, the President advice to call the joint session of Parliament to decide upon the matter of the Yemen. Earlier, the Defense Minister of Pakistan, Khawaja Asif, said that we are willing to help Saudi brethren but the final decision for the active participation in the war will be decided in the joint sitting of the Parliament.
In a press conference he said that Parliament is the supreme body of the country, and we will take Parliament in confidence before taking any decision.

The National defense of the country will be the utmost priority in the session, and final decision pertaining to the participation in the Yemen War and sending ground and air troops will be taken in the Joint sitting of the Parliament.
