Court Issued Non Bailable Warrant Of Pervez Musharraf

Pervez MusharrafISLAMABAD – The court issued the arrest warrant for former president Pervez Musharraf during the hearing the case of the killing of Abdul Rasheed Ghazi, the former chief cleric of the Lal Masjid in Islamabad, PakistanTribe.com reported.

General (retd) Pervez Musharraf has summoned to court on April 27.

Additional Sessions Judge Islamabad Wajid Ali summoned the case filed against the former President Gen Pervez Musharraf’s role in murder of Abdul Rashid Ghazi.

During the hearing of the application filed for the exemption of Pervez Musharraf from coming to the court.

On physical grounds, one day medical report was presented on the behalf of Pervez Musharraf to the court, the court adjourned the hearing.

The court later rejected the application of the exemption and issued non-bailable arrest warrant for former president, and also confiscated the submitted a surety of 1,00,000 Lakh.

The last hearing of the case was held on March 10, in which the court issued bailable warrant of former president General (retd) Pervez Musharraf.

After that Musharraf submitted 1,00,000 Lakh surety to Aabpara Police Islamabad.
