The Defense minister of Pakistan, Khawaja Muhammad Asif, Postpond tour to Saudi Arabia due to the crisis in Yemen.
He has some more commitments as he has to participate in the Arab League conference which will take place on 28, 29 march.
Arab League conference is very important as the agenda is of international concern. Plan and policies regarding Yemen civil war is to be discussed in the conference.
Pakistan is supposed to take any major decision regarding her participation in the Saudi-led operation against Shia-led houthis of Yemen.
The issue has ignited the whole Middle East and so the World. The conflict seems to be converting into the sectarian strife.
Saudia Arabia is leading the coalition of more than 10 countries, while Iran has some major concerns regarding the operation
“Pakistan will decide whether to join hands with Saudi Arabia or not in the upcoming Arab League conference”, said Khawaja Asif.
He postpond tour to Saudi Arabia with Foreign Secretery Sartaj Aziz. He did not tell the new dates for the tour.
