KARACHI  – Daily life activities likely to effect in Karachi after the call of Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s (MQM) Coordination Committee of peaceful protest’ across the country against the search operation of Rangers at MQM’s headquarter Nine-Zero, PakistanTribe.com reported.

According to details, the party has urged the transporters and traders to suspend their activities whereas educational institutions and private schools have also faced a shut down across Sindh postponing the examinations and educational process in Jamia Karachi and Federal Urdu University.

Earlier, Senior Vice President of Pakistan Muslim League (Sindh) Saleem Zia said that on going operation in Karachi is to cut the root of terrorism.

Saleem Zia said that we will support the on going operation in Karachi. He said that this operation of Rangers is in favor of Karachi and for the people of Pakistan.

“This operation is to cut the roots of terrorism from the biggest city of Pakistan and to provide safety to the people of Karachi,” he said.

While talking to media person he mentioned that people of Karachi suffering from target killing, kidnapping and other street crimes. He said that provincial government and federal government are on same page regarding this operation.

The raid on Nine-Zero reopened the murder case of Pakistani Journalist Wali Khan, who was shot down by Faisal aka Mota, as Rangers arrested principal criminal of murder from Nine zero in today’s operation.

Faisal was arrested from Nine Zero earlier on Wednesday by Rangers. According to thePakistanTribe correspondent from Karachi, Pakistan Rangers Sindh has conducted a series of targeted raids at Surrounding areas of MQM headquarters 90 including Khursheed Memorial Hall on Wednesday.
