KARACHI – Immediate after the targeted and Intelligence based operation (IBO) on MQM headquarter Nine-Zero, the life in metropolis has totally suspended and MQM workers are observing protest, PakistanTribe reported.
Political workers of MQM are protesting in Nine-Zero against the targeted operation at their party headquarter.
It was also reported that one worker of MQM, identified as Waqas Shah, also coordinator of MQM for Media, was shod down by Rangers which provoked the hatred.
‘Ayesha Manzil’ the area famous for educational institutes is also closed and Karachi University has also postponed its papers.
PakistanTribe‘s correspondent in Karachi reported that fuel stations, transport and commercial areas of all the Karachi is closed however there is no violence at all yet.
MQM Rabit Committee has appealed Prime Minister to take notice of the operation and punish the responsible.
Following the operation, protests also erupted in Mirpur Khas, Nawab Shah, and Hyderabad and other parts of the interior Sindh and all activities in these cities almost came to a standstill.
