Almost every one wants to look beautiful in every possible way especially ladies. Now a days, ladies are using chemical made products which harms their skins. It is a proper time to relaunch old HOME REMEDIES.

In a ‘Seven day beauty plan’, First day was the use of Papaya, Second Day was about Epsom Salt, Third Day was the use of Honey with some brown sugar and  olive oil, fourth day was about use of cucumber, here is fifth day, was about lemon and brown sugar, sixth day about honey and olive oil. here is the seventh day; about banana, turmeric and  baking soda.

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice

Directions

Take 1 ripe banana and mash it with a fork. Then blend in 1 tsp of honey and 1 tsp of lemon juice and make a fine paste.

Wash your face with a gentle soap and pat dry with a soft towel. Using clean fingers, rub the mask into your face. Apply the mask in a slightly thick layer so it has time to sink in.

Keep on for 10 – 15 minutes. When the time is up, wash your face with warm water and do not use soap. If you got acne on your skin, you can also apply banana mask in another way.

Ingredients you need is:

  • 1 Banana
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda

Mix 1 ripped banana with turmeric powder and baking powder using a fork in a small bowl. If your mixture is thick to apply on skin, you can add a few drops of water. Apply this mask using clean fingers to your freshly cleaned and patted dry face. The baking soda may smell a little bad, but it’s nothing to be worried of.

Keep the mask on for 10 to 15 minutes and wash off with warm water. Make sure you moisturize your face to avoid your sebaceous glands (producer of natural oil to hydrate skin) to get dry.

BENEFITS OF BANANA:

Bananas enclose loads of fibers and little amounts of fat and they are easily digestible. So if you are weight conscious do not eliminate banana from your diet completely. It helps to control itching and swelling caused by mosquito bites by rubbing the inside of a banana on it.

Banana is an immense natural moisturizer for your skin. The Vitamin A present in banana restores the lost moisture and repairs the damaged, dull and dry skin. Banana contains generous amount of Vitamin C that helps in maintaining the natural and youthful glow of the skin. It is full of anti-oxidants; mixed with a few ingredients, it not only helps to skin but also leaves it feeling re-energized. The moisturizing possessions of banana can be used to get rid of cracked heels

BENEFITS OF TURMERIC:

Turmeric is effectual in the treatment of acne due to its sterile and antibacterial properties which clashes pimples and breakouts to provide a youthful glow to your skin. It is valuable for oily skin as it regulates the manufacture of sebum; an oily essence produced by the sebaceous glands Turmeric in mishmash with other ingredients is helpful in reducing fine lines and wrinkles. Being an tremendous exfoliating agent, turmeric can help reduce signs of aging, stretch marks and is also quick relief in case of burns.

BENEFITS OF BAKING SODA:

Baking soda volumes hair and makes them look shiny, minimizes acne, makes teeth look shinier, removes dead skin, removes stains of nail polish from nails, removes dead skin from foot and used in home spa, makes skin glow and shiny.
