KARACHI – The militants who are cutting the roots of Pakistan ultimately choose Pakistani hospitals for their treatment as Rangers on Tuesday arrested a militant of TTP who recently came from Afghanistan for his Treatment.
Rangers, through their own intelligence sources, received information about the presence of Taliban member in Karachi. Rangers arrested the Taliban militant from Khawaja Ajmer Nagri Area of Karachi.
He was hiding here for some medical treatment,” it was told by an official who wish not to be nominated here.
It was also told that the militant was involved in different attacks in Pakistan and Afghanistan. He also claimed the responsibility of attacks on North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).
Taliban militant belonged to Mola Wahdat Group of Tehreek e Taliban Pakistan (TTP).
Earlier on Monday Police and Rangers had arrested a commander of outlawed movement Tehreek i Taliban Pakistan Sawat group in an operation conducted in metro well area of Karachi.
According to details police and Rangers last night raided on the hideout of alleged commander of TTP Sawat group. Police told that they had received a tip-off about presence of TTP commander.
Police also claimed to recover the weapons from his possession. “He had hand grenades, TT Pistols and a number of bullets,” said police official.
Police has shifted him to some unknown place where he is being investigated about his network in Karachi and other parts of country.
