Star-Studded Cast To Join Tom Hanks In Dan Brown’s “Inferno”

Felicity-Oma-Irrfan

The cast for the movie version of Dan Brown’s novel, “Inferno” has been made public.

As expected, Ron Howard who has directed the earlier Dan Brown’s movie adaptations will return as the director for this sequel as well. Apart from directing “Angels and Demons” and “The Da Vinci Code”, Howard has directed blockbuster movies such as “Cinderella Man” and “A Beautiful Mind”.

Tom Hanks will also make a comeback as the protagonist, “Robert Langdon” (no surprises there). Felicity Jones of “The Theory of Everything” fame is also going to join Tom Hanks in his adventures this time. There is no doubt about the acting skills of Jones since she is a very powerful contender in this year’s Best Actress category at the Academy Awards.

Apart from these two, the other actors who are going to feature in the movie are Irrfan Khan and Omar Sy.

The former, who is an outclass actor from India is not new to the Hollywood audience since he has previously acted in hit movies including “Slumdog Millionaire” (2008), “The Amazing Spider-Man” (2012) and “Life of Pi” (2012).

Omar Sy is a talented French actor who played a leading role in the Blockbuster French movie “The Intouchables” (2011). While Danish Film and TV actress Sidse Babett Knudsen has also been taken on board for this much talked about project.

The movie is all set to hit the silver screen in October, 2016.
