Saeed Ajmal thumbs down ICC for not giving award with another milestone

Saeed Ajmal 100 wickets in 2013DUBAI: Although his team had to face the defeat in second Twenty20 against Sri Lanka, but Saeed Ajmal has made another record in the field of bowling.

Saeed Ajmal, who has been enjoying the leading wicket taker bowler during 2013, has crossed 100 wickets mark during the match.

Ajmal has already surpassed 400 international wickets record during the first T20 against the Asian Tigers.

The world class spinner dismissed Sri Lankan Seekkuge Prasanna for his 100th international wicket in 2013.

The break up for Saeed’s 400 wicket is as follow:

Test: 159 wickets

ODI: 162 wickets

T20: 79  wickets

Despite all of his marvel performance on the wicket, he failed to inspire International Cricket Council (ICC) to get “Player of The Year Award.” The 100 wickets mark is seemed to be a ‘Thumbs Down’ for ICC’s decision.
