KARACHI: After the defeat in second Twenty20 against Sri Lanka, senior players of the team are once again under fire from former players.
“Pakistan had lost already when Hafeez and Afridi were played freely by Sri Lanka batsmen,” Shoaib Muhammad said.
Giving his comment on the defeat, former test cricketer says both players, who usually bowl well, were played freely.
“When two of your good bowlers gave 70 runs in six over, what else left for winning the match.”
Sri Lanka had made a massive total of 211 runs while Pakistan managed to score only 183 runs in chase.
The series was drawn by 1-1 win from both Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
