‘Go Nawaz Go’ Is A Slogan Against The Poor System Of The Country: Imran Khan | PakistanTribe.com

ISLAMABAD – Making big announcement for introducing revolutionary local bodies system in KPK, Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan has said that the time for change has arrived and people of AJK should also contribute for bringing change in Pakistan.

Addressing a gathering to mark Kashmir Solidarity Day organized by PTI in Islamabad, he said Pakistan could not still gain ‘real independence’.

He announced that PTI was soon to introduce revolutionary local government system in Khyber Pakhtonkhwa.

He vowed to fight battle against elements who have held country economically hostage.

The PTI chief said once his party came to power, it will transform National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to an empowered and independent institution.

If we need to rein in corruption, overhauling of institutions is the first and foremost condition, he underlined.

He said no corruption charge was leveled against Barrister Sultan Mehmood, who has joined the PTI a day ago.

He reiterated that his votes were trampled upon in his constituency, and “I could not get justice as yet,” bemoaned the PTI chief.

Khan said it was unfortunate that Pakistan didn’t even get fair dictators who could properly govern the country.

“The ‘Go Nawaz Go’ is actually a slogan against the poor system of the country,” said Imran.

He reminded participants that acquiring real independence takes time and hard-slogging struggle.

Khan said people living in villages were independent and no one could circumscribe them.

“Our real battle is against non-provision of rights to common people.”
