TAIPEI – A Flight GE 235 from Taipei to Kinmen, loaded with total 58 passengers, crashed into river at about 10:45 a.m. local time earlier on Wednesday, PakistanTribe received international media reports.
According to Thomas Wang, a spokesman for the Aviation Safety Council, the flight was going to Kinmen from Taipei in which total 58 passengers were on board.
The craft was ATR-72, a propeller plane made by Toulouse, France-based ATR.
Immediately after the crash landing the passengers were rescued and till now total 17 have been shifted to hospital, according to local media reports.
TransAsia spokeswoman Frankie Fang told that the operation is underway and other passengers are stuck in the plane who are being rescued.
Latest reports told PakistanTribe that two people have been died in this incident.
