ISLAMABAD – Pakistan Foreign secretary Aitzaz Chaudhary, in briefing to standing committee said that earlier US used ‘Do more’ with great expectations from us but now we ask the US “Do More”, PakistanTribe reported.
Aitzaz Chaudhary was briefing to Standing committee of senate where he claimed that the scenario has changed now and currently Pakistan is demanding for “Do More” from US.
Showing concerns over nuclear agreement between the U.S. and India Secretary Foreign Affairs Aizaz Chaudhary has said that U.S. is causing imbalance in the region.
He also talked about the global peace and pointed out the recent terrorist activities around the globe including ‘Paris Attack’, and situation in Yaman.
He said that terrorism is not only a regional but also a global issue and even in this situation the Indian indication towards Pakistan is out of question.
He added that Pakistan want peace in the region but there should be respect of its sovereignty.
Talking about the relation with China he briefed that Pakistan and China’s ties are friendly and recent visit of Army Chief General Raheel Sharif is the example of strengthening ties.
