PTCL Giving Less Broadband, Taking Much Money

PTCL hidden charges irk customersISLAMABAD – Reports have emerged that Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has been overcharging from its Broadband and Wireless customers.

Look at the comment from a customer

“PTCL, Pakistan’s worst ISP n ICT services provider, they claim but not fulfill, how one can consume 10GB data in 2 days browsing which not includes video browsing? How one can do the same with 100GB in 20days.”

This amazing consumption might not be explained from PTCL administration.

Another customer, using Evo Wingle has another story to tell.

“I have been using Wingle and last month I have to pay extra, Rs. 800, in addition to monthly charges,” he grumbled.

“They say I have consumed more than the decided download limit. But who will tell me when the limit is ended?”

“I have to suffer a lot, in terms of money as well work. Mental disturbance is apart from this suffering.”

Most of the customers say that in charging additional amount, PTCL is so quick. But when there is a problem in service, their call centres are quick to say ‘work in progress’.
